Using known sources, we will assist you in coordinating nationwide and international delivery through the most economical and convenient means possible.
Delivery and Installation
Our expert installation technicians are all factory-trained and certified. As an example, Advent field technical representatives periodically audit our installation work and provide on-site training to our warehouse, delivery and installation employees.
Punch List and Follow-up
Advent will work with you to ensure that your Punch List is completed according to the agreed schedule, and that efficient follow-up is accomplished in a timely manner and according to your needs.
User Orientation and Training
Once you have occupied your new space, your account representative will conduct an orientation for you and your employees on the features and care of your new furnishings.
Warranty Maintenance
We offer both warranty service and repair service on products that are out of warranty using factory-provided components.
Upon notification of warranty work, Advent will immediately schedule an expert technician to the job site. If the work can be completed without parts, it will be done at that time. If it is determined that additional parts are required, we will notify the manufacturer immediately to provide the necessary parts and return to complete the work in an expeditious manner. We can also work with you to develop a scheduled maintenance plan for your furnishings at a reasonable cost. Refinishing and refurbishing services for your existing furnishings are also available.
