Product and Material Procurement
The procurement of furniture is often considered among the most complex and costly products to specify and order. Advent can simplify your purchasing processes, reduce your transaction costs, and improve your accuracy.

RFP Management
We create Requests for Proposals (RFP) to present to office furniture manufacturers for you, taking many considerations into account, such as certain structural systems for modular systems, panel, and cable requirements. After all proposals are submitted and the RFP’s are open for negotiation, we will negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best deal for you.

Purchase Order Management
Furniture and equipment is one of the most complicated and costly commodities to order. We work closely with you to simplify your purchase order process, and reduce your transactions costs to improve accuracy, meet your exact specifications, and shorten order cycles.

Manufacturer Interface
Often your furniture needs involve multiple manufacturers. Advent will be your conduit for communications with all of the various manufacturers. Your interface is your Advent representative, coordinating the various entities.

Shipment Expediting
Advent can shorten order cycles.

Subcontractor Coordination
Some projects require the work of subcontractors. When necessary, we will coordinate any subcontractors that are hired to ensure that your job is completed according to the Project Plan.
